4 more days.....

The days are getting closer and closer and my excitement is building with it!!!! We now have just 4 more days until we are Colorado bound for a 7 days! We have slowly been getting things together and the last things we need to do are grocery shop on Wednesday, clean house on Thursday, and pack and get the rental car on Friday. We are going to drop Ethan off with my mother in law on Friday after getting the rental so we can come home and try to squeeze in a 3-4 hour nap as I think this will definitely help me as far as not being to tired for our first stretch. It looks like Shauna will be driving the first round and I have mapped out several different cities as well as the time frame to get to them so we can switch places when needed. We are not going to hold it to any time frame just going to drive and when we want to switch we will. We are hoping to be at the 15- 70 junction around 7-8am on Saturday the 10th which will put us in Denver around 2-3pm and that's with some stops along the way. The weather has been good for the most part with the entire mountain area getting snow on Wednesday, so I'm hoping that it will have melted just a little bit by Saturday morning so the roads wont be so slick. We pretty much have everything together and I'm beyond stoked!!! I made Ethan a city that he can play with in the car, so when his cars are on the road he wont actually loose them in the car....see picture below....I also made him a telescope so he can see far away...see below....hehe He is being alot of toys, movies, Itouch, books, snacks, and so much more so he will stay a busy bee in the car and of coarse Star is getting a new toy so she will be preoccupied as well. She has a really good bladder so I'm guessing shell only need to go potty 2 times maybe 3 at the most. I'M SO EXCITED, I'M SO EXCITED, I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!
