Staying updated.........

I am now going to try to stay caught up and update the blog as much as possible :) Its been a pretty hectic busy time with being a mommy of 3 now, working, loving on my honey, and trying to keep up with all the house chores. Its a chaotic life but I love every single minute of it and will never change it for the world!!!! I know I've been behind quite a bit and I'm hoping to keep it updated more often. :) I also plan to update the blog itself with new pictures and goodies but it will have to wait until I get another free second like today ;) Until next time......

Ethan Update

Age: 5 years 8 months

Weight: 41-42lbs

Height: 45 inches tall

Clothes: Size 6-7 shirts and 5-6 pants size 11 shoes

Hobbies: riding his scooter, playing with his toys, and loving on his sister

Development: knows all of his ABC's, 1-100, all the sounds of the alphabet, writing and spelling his name, spelling mom-babe-papa, recognizing his last name, and he knows at least 10 of his sight words for Kindergarten already.

Favorite food: Still rice

Favorite toy: Scooter

McKenzie Update

 

Age: 18 weeks (4 months)

Weight: 15lbs 10oz

Height: 24 3/4 inches long

Diapers: Size 3

Clothes: 3-6 months and some 6 months

Development: Grabbing at toys, talking, laughing,, found her hands and her voice, trying to roll over, and wanting to sit up more

Sleep: Usually waking up 1-2x at night and getting up for the day around 7-8am.

Favorite food: Mommy's milk still :)

Favorite toy: Hippo (just like her brother)

We're Married!!!

July 10th 2013 I married the woman of my dreams and become Mrs. Williams!! It was a very special day to have both our kids there with us and be able to see the love we have for each other. Our family is now officially complete and I could not be happier!!!

Kindergarten

Ethan is now a Kindergartner!!! I cant believe how big he has gotten and that we are already into his school years. We got into the school we wanted which focuses on the music and arts, I know he will do so well there. His 1st day of school was more of an orientation where we stayed there with him and we were only there from 9-11 we did a volunteer training coarse and he did get a little one on one time with his teacher and classmates. He was so excited and couldn't wait to go to school the next day for his 2nd day of school!!

The next day was his 2nd day of school but the official 1st day of him being all alone at school by himself. It was bitter sweet because we were so happy for him and so excited that he wants to learn but he is our baby and he is growing up so fast!! He looked super cute, we walked him to his class and said our goodbyes he didn't even care told us goodbye and that he'd see us after school lol We went home and tried to occupy our time for a few hours. When we went back to get him he was all smiles and giggles he was so excited and told us all about his day. I got to walk him to class Wed and again today and tomorrow will be the 1st day he goes on his own from the car to his classroom but he's ready and its super cute how ready and excited he is. :)

 

I cant wait to go to his performances, field trips, help out in his class and just watch him grow and learn!! I cant believe how big he is already :)

McKenzie's 4 month checkup

Yesterday McKenzie had her 4 month checkup and to receive her first set of her 4 month shots. She is a whopping 15lbz 10oz and is 24 3/4in long our little chunk a munk. The Dr came in and looked at her and said she is perfect which I already knew that. He was happy to hear that she was exclusively breastfed still and that I am not starting solids til 6 months. She gave the Dr smiles and just was having a good ol time until it came to shots. She cried for a second but I was able to calm her down within a minute or so. She came home and slept quite a bit and isn't feeling like her normal, happy go lucky self but I know its because of her shots. I just hope she starts feeling better soon poor baby!

McKenzie's 2 month checkup

McKenzie's 2 month checkup was broken into 2 different appointments because we are delaying her shots so they only give her 3 shots at one time which might be more pokes for her and harder on us but we just believe she doesn't need all those different medications in her body at one time. At her first appointment she was 11 lbs 12oz 23 1/2 inches long, she got 2 shots in her legs and an oral medicine. The Dr said she looks perfect and is developing great :) always makes mommy happy to hear that hehe The second visit she didn't see the Dr because it was just the pother 3 shots she needed so they weighed her again 13lbs 2 oz she gained a pound in just 2 weeks eeekkk shes such a little chunk a munk. She did such a good job and only cried for a minute or 2 and then she was happy and content in mommy's arms. Her next 2 appointments are August 21st and September 6, I cant wait to see how big she has gotten since this appointment.

Happy Father's Day

Father's Day was great! We all got together at Mike & Angela's house like usual and had some BBQ. Ethan, McKenzie & I made some cute presents for Papa and Uncle Mike for Father's Day which even brought some tears :) yay I love when I do something and it means so much to them they cry its the best feeling! The day was a very nice family day and we created many memories that I know will last us a lifetime
