McKenzie's 9 mon checkup

McKenzie also had her 9 mon check up today as well. She is hitting her milestones for her age; her lungs and ears looked good from when she was sick in December as well. She is 28 3/4in and 23lbs also tall for her age. He said she is doing awesome and is just a beautiful baby. She didn't need any shots this check up, yay for me, so her next appointment will be in 3 months where she'll get shots and blood work for her 1 year check up ALREADY! She's such a beautiful little princess! 

Ethan's 6 yr checkup

Ethan had his 6 yr check up today and is doing wonderfully. He is 47 1/2 inches and 44lbs; he passed his vision and hearing test. The doctor said he was tall for his age and was developing great. He had to have blood work done and he was such a trooper deciding to do it today, he said he wanted to get it done and over with. I was so proud of him as he sat there giving his blood and cried but did it so bravely! He could not have made me prouder, my handsome big 6 year old!!!

New Start, New Year!

This past year has been very crazy and chaotic, as you can see I haven't posted a blog since August 2013! Wow......I'm not going to spend hours catching up on the things that have occurred in the past 5 months so instead we are going to move forward and just start from the new year! It's a new year the blog is getting a new look and we even got a new website address. We are decluttering our life of negativity,doing more for us and not trying to please everyone else, focusing more on us as a couple, becoming healthy eaters and having a healthier lifestyle, family trips to new places, starting a savings plan for future plans in the upcoming years and I guess becoming real "grown ups" I look forward to see what the future holds and all the great things that will occur for us  this year! I'm going to update randomly and post random things sometimes making the blog about the entire family and most posts will be from my phone or iPad cause it's soooooo much easier if I plan to keep this thing updated for once :) Happy New Year to all!! I'm back!!!!!!!!
