Happy 2nd Birthday Kenz!!

Kenzie is now 2 years old!! We celebrated her birthday a couple weekends ago and she had so much fun. We had just family over and did things very small but she loved it!! She got a kitchen from her great grandma sue so the rest of the family got her food to go with her kitchen and clothes which she always loves! I can't believe she's already 2!!!!

Ethan lost.....

A TOOTH!!!


His very first tooth!! I can't believe finally 7 years later he has lost a tooth. At first he thought it was just a piece of his tooth and he was just going to throw it away when I looked I told him " Baby, where is it, it was your whole tooth!!" He told me he threw it on the floor lol I told him "GO FIND IT!!" So we found the tooth, took pictures, put it under his pillow, and the next morning he was so happy that the tooth fairy left him $5!!! He was stoked :) My baby is growing up!!

Easter 2015

Easter is probably my second favorite holiday when it comes to the kids and its probably because I love to see the joy and excitement in their eyes on Easter morning when they come out of their room and see all of their goodies. This year Ethan went to a church play with his grandma a couple of days before Easter, where he learned the true meaning of Easter and when the pastor asked everyone who wanted to accept Jesus into their hearts to raise their hand my little man did! It melted his grandma's heart as well as mine when I heard what he did. On Easter they woke up to cute baskets and eggs hidden all over. Kenz loved to find the eggs and loved the candy even more. The entire family came over later that day and we had awesome BBQ chicken and sides. We had a great time, cousins played, we all visited, and overall it was a good Easter Sunday!!

Yearly Egg Hunt

Every year we go to Grandma Lorrie's church and do their annual egg hunt with the kids. They lay out thousands of eggs in different age groups for the kids to get and also do balloon animals and have all kinds of goodies. There are  bounce houses and so much fun stuff for the kids to do. We love to do it each year and I'm so happy that Kenz is old enough to enjoy it now!

Color Vibe Run 2015

This past weekend we did a 5k Color Vibe Run in our local city and had so much fun! We each got a color packet that we threw color on each other before the race started, decked in our white shirts and neon, Kenzie too! She had a cover for her stroller so she didn't get to colored to much but we only covered her up during the splash sections. Ethan ran also and did amazing! He kept up the entire time and we finished the apprx 3 miles in under 1 hour about 49 minutes total. Afterward there was a DJ there and more color bombs, Kenz loved that part, she's my party girl :) it was such a great experience for our family and we can't wait to do more!!
