Ethan's 9 month Dr visit!!!

Well Ethan had his 9 month Dr appt today, he is 19 lbs 8oz and is 27 1/2 in long. The Dr said he is doing awesome he is right where he needs to be he is doing very well for his corrected age of 6 months and is not that far behind development wise to a 9 month old, he said some things he is behind in and we can help him by having him around other babies his age to see what they are doing and it will make him want to do more. He said for a baby born at 27wks he is doing way better than he normally sees. He had to have 3 shots today ;o( it made me sad, he also had to give blood to test his iron level. I thought they were just going to poke his little finger no they had to take blood like a big person, the ladies were so AWESOME he didnt even flench or cry at all I was so shocked!!! So my little boy is officially getting bigger!! He also can now jump in his jumperoo before he would just sit in it and kinda play with his toys now he can completly spin around play with all of the toys and jump! It made Shauna and I want to cry because of how far he has gone in just 9 months. He is also now experimenting on stage 3 foods, he does pretty well but cant finish 1 jar per feeding we have to seperate it, he also is very good at holding his bottle (when hes not being lazy) and can also roll over completly back and forth as well as spin in 360's on the floor. He's just getting so big!! Im already starting to plan his birthday ;o( tears in my eyes I dont want to be a mommy of a 1 yr old already he needs to stay little so he'll cuddle with me. I dont have any new pics yet there are some on my camera but I havent had time to upload them yet! goodnight!!
