1. get below 200 pounds
2. get below 190 pounds
3. get to my goal weight of 185 and who knows maybe keep going
4. go down another size in pants
5. fit into some of my skinny shirts that I cant wear now.
I know these are all do able now that I have done so much already! I started out by trying a new workout that is super hard core and done by 1 of Angela's friends, Joselyn, and its BOOTCAMP!!! So I now have been to 2 Bootcamps now and let me tell you, they are pretty damn hard, but make you feel soooooo good afterward. The 1st time was a partners one, where Angela was my partner and pushed me thru it when I started to feel like I couldnt go on. The second one was individual and was harder than the first and oh my goodness was I sore the next couple days during both bootcamps. We did different things like crab crawls, plank walks, a booty workout, crunches, running, lundges and so much more. I wanted to do the next one but I have to work the next 2 bootcamps, darn it!!

This was taken at almost 30 lbs, but I am now 30 lbs smaller woohoooo!!
GOT TO KEEP PUSHING! THE MORE I PUSH MYSELF THE BETTER I FEEL AND LOOKS!!!
