Doctor Appt- 12 week checkup

On Monday the 8th we had our 12 week checkup with Dr. Viruch we saw his NP Patricia again which is fine by us we like her very much. She complemented me and said that I looked very good and not even pregnant yet which made me happy lol cause Ive been feeling like a balloon lately. We got to see the baby and got 2 pictures (in previous post) the baby is measuring right at 12 weeks which is right on schedule. She said all my blood work came back good and that it was time for us to do the NT Scan (down syndrome) which is 2 blood draws 4 weeks apart and an ultrasound done by a specialist so in the next week or two we will be going to see Dr Brar which is the Peri and will be doing the ultrasound scan the NP also said that I needed to remind him of my history and to let him know she wants me to start doing NST(non stress tests) at 26 weeks because she wants to watch baby carefully to make sure all is good. We will be able to find out what he/she is in about 2 weeks we are going to a 3D/4D place to have the gender scan and if they cant tell us then we have another Dr appt on Nov 5th at 1045am and we will hopefully find out before then by the 3D place but if not hopefully baby will cooperate then :) I am so very excited to hear that everything is going good with baby we also heard the heartbeat it was 155 bpm. Yay for a good appt!!!
