My 3 year old.....

Ethan is now 3!!! OMG I cant believe I have a 3 year old. He is doing amazing, growing and prospering every day as he should. He has become quite the little talker and says the cutest things sometimes, however developing a pretty nice little temper also which we are trying to nip in the butt now! He has started soccer! He is in the tiny tots group which is 3 and 4 year old and his team name is the crocodiles :o) he is so excited to play and I cant wait to see his little behind on the field chasing a ball around hehe. He has little cleats, and shin guards its adorable and of coarse I will be recording his games and taking lots of pics for his 1st season in sports!! I do have a few concerns that we are getting checked out right now with him and Im trying to stay positive and think that its minor. He has walked on his tip toes for at least the last year or so, He began walking on his feet flat and then gradually started to go on his tip toes. He also has a hard time jumping and can not jump 2 feet off the ground at the same time when he jumps its kind of like a gallop. We were told when he was little that because he was a preemie that he could have some nerve damage and until now I have never worried about it. The doctor wants him to see a neurologist to see how we can get this corrected. I am thinking he will need physical therapy and I have also been told that sometimes they need surgery on their Achilles nerve which will allow it to be normal. I will definitely keep everyone posted but he is wonderful! He is doing phenomenal otherwise and I couldnt be happier to have such a handsome strong minded little boy! He is definitely my everything and means the world to me. I am going to do a slide show for my last post with recent pics of him and the fam! ;o) be on the look for his 1st soccer video in about a week!
