New look.....

The blog got a makeover and I think its about time to update this bad boy. I have been so bad at updating it since I know most of the the people that read it now have facebook, but I look back at some of my old posts and I miss having it to go back and read when things happen or how our life was at a certain time, so I am trying to stay commited to blogging again. There has been many things that have happened and to many to update so I am just fast forwarding to now and moving forward. I am going to do 3 or 4 posts today updating on myself and the wifey, on Ethan, and on our newest addition Star...so this post will be in regards to myself and how we've been doing. The wifey and I are doing amazing and actually have never been better. I enjoy her being home very much so and we have been spending alot of family time together as well as making sure we get in our date nights here and there :o) I love my kiddo but its nice to get away at times. Shauna is still a stay at home mommy which is awesome to always know that he has her and that they both enjoy each others company is great! I have taken a leave from work for a short period of time, it has become very stressful and quiet honestly I just dont enjoy my job any more. I think a break will be a good thing and it will not affect my job or our finances so I think its a much needed break. I have had several people tell me that I look refreshed and stress-free which is exactly why I left in the 1st place. I am enjoying my time off, we are doing several inexpensive family events parks, movie nights, etc. Ethan is loving every moment of having his mommies both home and I will be extremely sad to go back to work; however that is a ways away so I dont need to worry about that right now. We have 2 events coming up in the next month and a half that I am excited for and looking forward to. We will be going to laughlin with 2 good friends of ours, kid free, for a weekend in April which will be so relaxing and fun at the same time. Then we are going to see System of a Down in Las Vegas for 1 night at the end of May. They said they would never tour again and THEY ARE!! We are beyond stoked for the concert, they are 1 of our favorite bands so I can not wait!! Im going to end this post so I can talk about my favorite subject of all.....my little man!!
