Chargers vs. Packers

Yes, I know were not fans of either team however we dislike the Green Bay Packers with a passion and Mike & Angela are huge Charger fans so for one weekend and one weekend only we are going to Bolt Up and head down to San Diego to root the Chargers on for hopefully a victory. We got a hotel down there for Saturday night 11/4 then bright and early Sunday 11/5 well be packing up the truck and tail gating before the 1pm game. Saturday we got in San Diego around 6pm, headed up to the room for a few beers then went to Old Town which is like a little Spanish themed area of downtown, we went to this cute little Mexican restaurant where we sat outside next to a heat lamp drank beer and ate burritos ;o) Next we went to a bar down the street and had spicy mango margaritas Mmmmmmm super good and I had never had 1 before, back to the hotel we went and of coarse knowing us we would get off on the wrong exit from the tram so we then had to wait 15 minutes and take the tram back to our original destination lol Now to the fun stuff!! Game Day......woke up bright an early got all our Charger gear on, which I have to say we did look pretty cute, but that doesn't mean I'm a Chargers fan now lol, the weather forecast was calling for rain.....we stopped by Starbucks drove around for a little bit, then we hit the road on to the stadium. Setting up our tailgate stuff was pretty easy and from then on we drank, snacked, and had sliders for lunch. It started raining on us and of coarse none of us had parkas it was sooooo cold and it was now game time, we cleaned everything up and found a lone man selling parkas and we were SAVED!! Thank goodness for our parkas otherwise we would have all had pneumonia by now, the game was freaking awesome and intense, so much fun!!! The Packers won :( Boooooo but overall we had the time of our lives!!!! one time and one time only GOOOOO CHARGERS!!
