Now is a perfect time to update on my handsome little man because he just had his second parent teacher conference. His teacher had nothing but great things to say about him and said that he is really maturing as the school year progresses. His reading lexile is 690 which to be right where 1st graders are he needs to be at 400 by the end of the year and for 2nd graders its 600 by the end of the year so he is actually above average. He is starting to read books that are in the 800-900 reading lexile so the teacher thinks he will test even higher by the end of the year :) He got all 4's on his report card (above average) and is reading at a 5th-6th grade reading level I could not be prouder of my little man, he is growing up to be such a bright and intelligent young man and it warms my heart so much! He has an awards ceremony on the 24th where he is to get at least 2 awards that I am aware of and then its Spring Break time! He's super excited for 11 days off school, I mean what kid isn't :) I love him to pieces!! Here's a most recent picture of him
