Another food truck adventure....

Last Friday we decided to take a hour and 15 min trip down to Arcadia, Ca to go to their city festival where two of our favorite food trucks were going to be....The Grilled Cheese Truck & Cheeseball Wagon, there were a few others like Rockin Ice, Dogzilla, Silly Truck, & a sushi one. I have never been to Arcadia and we didn't know what to expect; however I was delighted to see a beautiful park with lots of trees and some rides for Bubba to go one along with out trucks! :o)Of coarse we tried new dishes from Grilled Cheese- a Mac & Cheese w/ Cheddar cheese & 8 hr roasted BBQ pulled pork all on french bread....MMMMMmmmmmm...from Cheeseball Wagon- Hawaiian bread w/ honey cured ham & melted Swiss cheese, fried cheddar balls, & cheesecake cutie( a cheesecake ball on a sucker stick) Yummy!!! we also tried Angus sliders from the Silly truck which were good but we waited almost 30 mins for our food so I was quiet disappointed and for dessert we had a shaved ice w/ strawberry & watermelon flavors along with vanilla ice cream- Ethan liked this much better than mommies did, it taste just to artificial for us. We ate our food on the grass under a giant tree and Ethan & I went down a big slide two times, it was pretty fun and fast :o) Overall it was a wonderful Friday family fun night!
