Where we live the community does an annual festival the weekend before 4th of July and lets off fireworks over the lake, well since our backyard over looks the community and diagonal from where the lake is we have a pretty good view of the firework show. We decided to have an early celebration birthday for dad (Shauna's dad) because him and Lorrie were going to Vegas to celebrate his actual birthday therefore it was time for a mini celebration with good food, great convo, and making awesome memories so we all go together :o) Dinner was amazing as usual potluck style traditional American food, Ethan played in his pool and with his cousin, Taylor, and we even had a little battle with the poppers aka fire papers as Ethan calls them. All the adults were throwing them at each other and cracking up it, really was a great time together. The family had a blast and I always enjoy when we can get together and have a good day!! :o)
