When we went to the March of Dimes walk, we won 4 free tickets to the Mavericks game any time this season, so we knew we wanted to go before it started getting real hot and also on a day that they were having a fireworks night. Saturday was a Mother's Day event night with fireworks, fun activities, and dance performances. We of coarse all went together- Me, Babe, & Bubba as well as Dad(Shauna's dad)The game started at 7:05pm but thank goodness we decided to get there early, we arrived about 6:20pm had to park rather far and off we went. We had great seats we were behind the Mavericks dugout 9 rows up totally in foul ball territory. The food was delicious and I totally had a minor cheat day when it came to eating and drinking, but it was all worth it. The game was a good 1, Ethan got Wooly Bully to sign his #1 finger and he even walked up there all by himself :( made me realize how big he's getting and in the 7th inning we took Ethan over to play on the hill and ride a ride, and when we got back to our seats it was the bottom of the 8th. The last inning was the best, the Mavs were down to the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes 9-12. The bases were loaded and up comes the next batter.....GRAND SLAM!!!!! HE brought all three guys home and himself to WIN 13-12. Wooohooo Last time we went they lost so it was nice to see them win :) Afterward we stayed to watch the fireworks which who doesn't love fireworks, and then Ethan got Wooly Bully to sign his mascot card as well, it was to cute!!! Overall we had an amazing night and I'm so glad we all went together. Definitely going to be something we do again in the future. I Loved it!!! ♥
